We began by mapping the full schedule with the couple, giving every function a clear purpose, timing and look. Our design team created a distinct mood for each event, using soft pastels and fresh blue florals for the daytime gatherings, rich jewel tones for the Sufi Night and Sangeet, and a blush-pink floral mandap with green drapes and crystal chandeliers for the wedding.

Our operations team worked closely with the Fairmont team to coordinate décor, food, entertainment and artists, and managed guest stays, arrivals and movement between venues. Detailed run sheets kept every event on time, and we briefed family members on their roles in advance.
